Gdzie jest mi dane pracować, żyć,
Poznawać ludzi co mnie mijają,
Śnią o potędze, codziennie tkwić.
Bo to jest właśnie Moja Ojczyzna,
Zielone łąki, lasy i wody, chaty i kwiaty,
Każdy to przyzna że taka właśnie jest Moja Ojczyzna!
Dlatego właśnie jestem tutaj,
Tutaj chce umrzeć i tu żyć!
Czerpać natchnienie z mej Ojczyzny,
I ponad wszystko dumnym być!
A kiedy przyjdzie taka chwila,
Gdy wróg zapuka do jej drzwi.
Karabin mocno w ręku trzymaj,
W obronie kraju Ja i Ty!
Podniebny widok raju, gajów,
Morze Bałtyckie całuje brzeg.
Góry sięgają obłoków nieba,
Spowite płaszczem, biały śnieg.
Urocze wioski i miasteczka.
Jeziora Mazur zapierają dech,
Wiekowe drzewa znają historię,
Którą roznosi wiatru śpiew.
Dlatego właśnie jestem tutaj,
Tutaj chce umrzeć i tu żyć!
Czerpać natchnienie z Mej Ojczyzny,
I ponad wszystko dumnym być!
A kiedy wróg swą pieśń zaśpiewa,
I ściągnie swoje armie tu...
Niechaj ten hymn głośno rozbrzmiewa,
Melodią do utraty tchu!

My Hymn

This hymn is about my country,
Where I am given to work, and live,
To meet people who pass me by,
To dream of power, and to persevere every day.
Because this is my very Fatherland,
Green meadows, forests and waters, cottages and flowers,
Anyone will confess that my Fatherland is just so!
That is why I am here,
Here I want to die and to live!
To draw inspiration from my Fatherland,
And to be proud of it above all!
And when the time comes,
When the enemy knocks on its door.
Hold the rifle firmly in your hand,
In defense of the country, me and you!
A heavenly view of paradise, groves,
The Baltic Sea kisses the shore.
Mountains reach into the clouds of the sky,
Covered in a cloak, white snow.
Charming villages and towns.
The Masurian Lakes are breathtaking,
Centuries-old trees know history,
Which carries the wind's song.
That is why I am here,
Here I want to die and to live!
To draw inspiration from My Fatherland,
And to be proud of it above all!
And when the enemy sings his song,
And brings his armies here...
May this hymn resound loudly,
With a melody to take your breath away!
