Der Hausverwalter sprach:

Freitagabend in den Stadtanzeiger seh'n!
Eine kleine Schießerei und ich hatte schon
Eine Zeitung und das erste Telefon!
Der Herr am anderen Ende meinte:
Kommen sie ruhig vorbei,
Die Wohnung wird in einem Jahr stundenweise frei!

Huh-ha-ha - Zwei Zimmer, Küche, Diele, Bad!
Huh-ha-ha - Nur drei, vier Stunden bis zu Stadt!
Ohne Heizung, ohne Licht, doch das stört uns nicht.
Ist die Wohnung noch so klein,

Wir gingen dann zum Makler,
Der sagte: Guten Tag!
Das alleine kostete mich 150 Mark!

Ich küßte seine Hände, seinen Schreibtisch, seinen Schlips
