Asyaraqal badru 'alaynaa - Fakhtafat minhul buduuru
Mitslahusnika maa ra-aynaa - Qatthu yaa wajhas suruuri

Anta syamsu anta badrun - Anta nuurun fawqa nuuri
Anta iksiiruw waqhaalii - Anta mishbahus shuduurli

Yaa habiibii ya Muhammad - Yaa 'aruusal - Khaafiqani
Yaa mu-ayyad yaa mumajjad - Ya Imaamal-Qiblatayini

Allaaahu Khaliquna Allaahu Raaziquna

The full moon rose upon us - From Mount Thaaniyat al-Wadaa
And it brought gratitude to us - As we called upon Allah's name

The full moon shone upon us - And the stars were eclipsed by its light
We have never seen anything as beautiful as you, my love - Your face is a joy to behold

You are the sun, you are the moon - You are a light beyond all light
You are the elixir that heals my soul - You are the lamp that guides my heart

O my beloved Muhammad - O bride of my heart
O you who are supported and glorified - O Imam of the two qiblahs

Allah is our Creator, Allah is our Provider
