At the feet of the Guru, I bow my head,
I purify my mind, my thoughts I mend.
I sing the praise of Rama, pure and bright,
Who grants four fruits, dispelling all plight.

Knowing my body and mind are weak,
I call upon the Wind God's son to speak.
Grant me strength, wisdom, knowledge divine,
And banish sorrow, letting my spirit shine.

Praise Hanuman! Praise Hanuman, I pray,

Victory to Hanuman, ocean of wisdom and grace,
Victory to the Lord of Monkeys, illuminator of the three worlds' space.
Rama's messenger, unmatched in strength and might,
Son of Anjani, Wind God's son, shining bright.
The great hero, courageous and strong,
Dispeller of ignorance, with good counsel along.
Wearing a golden crown and shining armor grand,
Earring of flowers, curly locks of hair unplanned.
Holding a thunderbolt and flag with pride,
A sacred thread and a loincloth by his side.
Adorned with a necklace of pearls so grand,
His radiant aura worshipped throughout the land.
Wise, virtuous, and intelligent is he,
Eager to serve Rama, eternally.
He delights in hearing the Lord's tales untold,
Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita, forever in his hold.
Taking a tiny form, he showed Sita the way,
Assuming a monstrous form, Lanka he did sway.
With a fearsome form, he vanquished the demons bold,
For Ramachandra's mission, his story is told.
He brought the life-giving herb, reviving Lakshmana's breath,
Filling Shri Raghubir's heart with joy and death.
Raghupati embraced him, showering him with grace,
"You are as dear to me as Bharata, my brother in this space."
A thousand-mouthed serpent sings your glories high,
Saying this, Shreepati held Hanuman, his love, nearby.
Sanaka, Sanandana, and Brahma, the sages wise,
Narada, Saraswati, and Shesha, with praising eyes.
Yama, Kubera, the guardians of directions all,
Poets and scholars, your greatness they recall.
You helped Sugriva, a selfless deed you've done,
Reunited him with Rama, the kingdom he'd won.
Your mantra Vibhishana held with faith and trust,
Lanka's Lord became known throughout the dust.
Thousands of miles away, the sun did gleam,
You fetched its sweet fruit, a playful, childhood dream.
Carrying the Lord's ring in your mouth with care,
You crossed the ocean, a feat beyond compare.
The difficult tasks of the world, however grand,
Become easy with your grace, an assisting hand.
At Rama's door, you stand as a watchful guard,
No one enters without your consent, it's hard.
All happiness is found in your refuge divine,
With you as protector, no fear can entwine.
Your own brilliance destroys all negativity,
The three worlds tremble before your divinity.
Ghosts and goblins dare not come near,
When Mahavir's name is uttered, they disappear.
Diseases vanish, sorrows fade away,
By chanting Hanuman's name, night and day.
From dangers, Hanuman sets us free,
With mind, action, and thoughts focused on thee.
Rama, the ascetic king, reigns supreme,
All his tasks are accomplished through you, it seems.
Whoever seeks your grace, their desires fulfilled shall be,
They receive the fruit of immortal life, eternally.
Throughout the four ages, your glory does shine,
You are the divine light, a beacon so fine.
You are the protector of saints and sages true,
Destroyer of demons, Rama's beloved, too.
Bestower of eight siddhis, and nine treasures untold,
This boon was granted by Mother Janaki, bold.
You possess the elixir of Rama's love and might,
Forever remain Raghupati's devoted servant, day and night.
Through your worship, Rama is attained, it's true,
Sorrow of lifetimes is forgotten, anew.
At life's end, we reach Raghubar's abode,
Where we are reborn as Hari's devotees, on the sacred road.
No other deity occupies our mind,
Through Hanuman, all happiness we find.
Troubles cease, sorrows disappear,
When we remember Hanuman, the mighty warrior, here.
Victory, victory, victory to Hanuman, the Lord of Grace,
Bestow your mercy, like a Guru, in this sacred space.
Whoever recites this Chalisa a hundred times, it's said,
Is freed from bondage, and great joy is spread.
Whoever reads this Hanuman Chalisa with devotion pure,
Achieves success, as Gauri, the goddess, does assure.
Tulsidas, forever at Hari's feet,
Make your abode in my heart, so sweet.

Son of the Wind God, remover of obstacles and fear,
Auspicious form, your presence is dear.
With Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita by your side,
Reside in my heart, king of gods, be my guide.
