Letter - Dear Fifteen-Year-Old Me

My dearest, I wonder where and what you are doing as you read this letter.

I, a fifteen-year-old, have a secret that I can’t tell anyone.

If I were writing this letter to my future self,
I'd be able to confess it honestly.

Right now, feeling defeated, on the verge of tears, as if I could disappear,
Whose words should I believe and follow?
The only heart I have has been shattered countless times,
I'm living through the pain,

Dear me, thank you. I have something to tell you, my dear fifteen-year-old self.

But I’m living through the bittersweet present.
