Is fuming because he has no presents
Apparently, his sleigh and his sled
Are sitting in a garage, out of use
They say that he's quietly angry
With millions of naughty parents
Who are still having fun at their age
Filling up their trucks with gas

And because of them, the good kids
Will be deprived of electric train sets
That would have made Christmas magic
Without creating any CO2
Apparently, the entire North Pole is scared
Of seeing soot on their slice of heaven
Of seeing their old boss sweating
His beard turning yellow

They say that Santa Claus
Won't be stopping by this year
He's been going in circles and making detours
And has been forced to take a sabbatical

To straighten out, to rebuild
Apparently, the weight of the structure
Keeps causing the ice beneath to give way

They say that Santa Claus
Has used up all his magic
