Eaglets, cloud-dwellers
Abandoned on the high cliff
Behind the black thundercloud
Over the sea, across the bay
Through the storm, wind and hail
Soaring out into the thunderstorm
Sharpening their eagle eyes

Eaglets, warm in their nests
But not for storm birds
Fire and steel don't make warriors
Let the nests remain in the cliff crevices
Heavy swords, long snakes
Breaking the storm flight
