Ich lief immer weg, aber jetzt stelle ich mich
Allen meinen Problemen, jetzt kommt die Nemesis
Ich bin seit ein paar Jahren clean, doch jetzt challenge ich

Medikamente haben mich lang ausgemacht

Ich hab lang versucht, zur Therapie zu gehen
Mir konnte keiner helfen, weil Probleme überwiegten
Ich wollt das für mich nicht wirklich realisieren
Und echte Hilfe konnte mir noch nie wer wirklich beten

Zumindest denk ich das
Schließlich hab ich alles immer selbst gemacht
Ich hab mich mein ganzes Leben selbst therapiert
Dass es so nicht weitergeht, hab ich leider erst jetzt realisiert
Doch ich hab es jetzt kapiert
Ich lauf nicht mehr weiter, nein, ich schaue, was passiert
Und mein Kopf geht erst aus, wenn's zu Ende ist mit mir

Medication had me knocked out for a long time
My personality is building up from suppressed problems
I functioned when I was on drugs
Since I was 22, I only function when I don't take them

I tried to go to therapy for a long time
No one could help me because the problems outweighed everything
I didn't really want to realize this for myself
And no one could ever truly pray for my help

At least that's what I think
After all, I've always done everything myself
I've been self-therapizing my whole life
That it couldn't go on like this, I only realized now
But I've got it now
I'm not running anymore, no, I'm seeing what happens
And my head won't shut off until it's over with me
