When the unicity of Allah was revealed to me, I became absorbed in the divine

The cry of "Alast" echoed in my heart, a calling that set my soul aflame
The love of my homeland is so intense, I cannot bear to be apart from it even for a moment
The wrath of the world may come upon me, but I will not stray from the path of truth
I am a lover rejected by my beloved, and I weep with despair.
