An Eye for an Eye

A king is lost, he's been replaced with comedy.
I'm pretty sure his queen mistrusts. It's not her mother tongue
And i wonder where it all went wrong.
I'm taking cover in a box.
I'm freezing.
The golden gate has changed it's locks,
A joker holds the key
And i'm wondering where you might be.
In this comedy
There's the siren
Lurring on a rock,
A head that has been lost into the sea,
Widgets working in the docks
While everybody else is singing:
An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.
The king of comedy's their guest of honour.
He wares a medal on his chest,
He shakes them like a leaf and fireworks on new year's eve.
They say the siren has run out of stories,
But i just wish they wouldn't shout; it's not her mother tongue.
I wonder where it all went wrong.

Король низложен, его заменила комедия.
Я почти уверен, что его королева не доверяет. Это не её родной язык.

Я прячусь в коробке.

Шут держит ключ.

Король комедии - их почётный гость.
Он носит медаль на груди,
Он трясет ими, как листвой, и фейерверком в новогоднюю ночь.
Говорят, что у сирены закончились истории,
Но я просто хочу, чтобы они не кричали; это не её родной язык.
Интересно, где все пошло не так.
