غربت عمیق اندوه منو ، چاه خشک تو بیابون نداره
سردی و تاریکی زندگیمو ، هیچ شبی تو هیچ زمستون نداره
مثل شعر مرثیه ، از شب و گریه پرم
برای تموم شدن ، لحظه ها رو می شمرم

کی ستاره ی منو از آسمون ، پشت این پرده ی خاموشی کشید ؟
گلدون شیشه ای مو کی زد به سنگ ؟ کی منو به خود فراموشی کشید ؟
کاش میشد واسه خودم گریه کنم ، این قدر گریه که دل پاک بشم
سبک و پاکیزه مثل خود اشک ، زیر خاک گریه هام خاک بشم

چشمای ساکت تو رنگ شبه ، شبی که سرد و فردا نداره
شبی که باید بمیره زیر نور ، مثل اون مرگی که اما نداره
کاش یکی حرف منو باور می کرد ، کاش یکی می فهمید اندوه منو
کاش یکی تو بُهت تنهایی من ، باورش می شد غم شکستنو

Elegy

The depth of sorrow is my exile, a dry well that has no desert
The coldness and darkness of my life, no night in any winter has it
Like the poetry of an elegy, I am full of the night and crying
I count the moments to end, moments to finish

Who pulled my star from the sky, behind this curtain of silence?
Who hit my glass vase against the stone? Who led me to forget myself?
I wish I could cry for myself, cry enough to cleanse my heart
Light and clean like the tear itself. Under the soil, I become soil from crying

Your silent eyes are the color of the night, a night that is cold and has no tomorrows
A night that must die under the light, like that death that never had it
I wish someone would believe me, I wish someone would understand my grief
I wish someone in my deafening solitude, could believe the sorrow of breaking
Like the poetry of an elegy, I am full of night and crying
