蝉の声を聞く度に 目に浮かぶ九十九里浜
皺々の祖母の手を離れ 独りで訪れた歓楽街

ママは此処の女王様 生き写しの様なあたし

十五になったあたしを 置いて女王は消えた

Queen of Kabukicho

Everytime I hear cicada's cry, I see the Kujukuri Beach
Leaving the wrinkled hands of my grandmother, I visited the entertainment district alone.

My mother, the queen of this place, I'm just like her
Everybody reached out their hands, I was fascinated by the entertainment district as a child.

The queen left when I was fifteen
She must have gone to live with the man who had come here every Friday.

"Even those who once prospered will eventually decline."
It was time for me to realize the meaning of that saying, and I stepped into the entertainment district.

I hate the woman who disappeared, but it's summer now
I proudly carry the title of queen.
