When Speaking is Being Silent

The topics my friends discuss,
I can no longer participate.
Sometimes I blame myself for being unsociable,
For not handling many relationships well.

When certain music plays,
I quickly grab my phone.
My expression, I maintain it fairly well,
Afraid that the next second my eyes will cry red.

I always want to ask about fairness,
