Draußen sieht man schneebedeckte Tannenzapfen

Du warst bereit aus dem Dorf in die Stadt zuziehen
Für mich, dann wurd' gefeiert, Après Ski
Warum haben wir es nicht geschafft?

We used to enjoy this time,
Your beautiful eyes sparkle like an ice crystal
Our hut stands at the foot of the mountain

I'm so carefree with no one else
I promised to take care of you
Because sometimes lifeboats are nowhere to be found
You were there when the ice threatened to break
I can see the pictures of that night
And think back to our very first snowball fight
How you smiled while sledding
That was before we had such a fight

Outside you see snow-covered pine cones
The night surrounds the sun, that's why it shimmers red
