E foi morar na casa do luar
Pra proteger seu benquerer dos homens maus
E o tempo se passou
E a flor e o rei tiveram filhos

Deep in the garden lives a jasmine flower
That told me its grandfather
Was a famous king and was happy reigning over his country
But for not knowing how to kill, for not liking it, he lost his place

The young knights and swordsmen
Fought for money to the sound of bugles
And the king was displeased to think
Of seeing his son in his place one day

And so much disgust that he married
And was lord of the most beautiful flower

And went to live in the moonlight house
To protect his beloved from evil men
And time passed
And the flower and the king had children
