Жжет холодный неон
Полосует крутые спины

Видно гордые исполины

Как мотыльки летят туда, где ярче свет
Чтоб сгореть звездой
И корабли их за собой уводят вверх

Высоко аэростаты
Мимо нас летят куда-то
Мы молчим, мы наблюдаем
Мертвые, мертвые

Обжигая крылья, летим на свет
Греемся надеждой, которой нет,
Пляшем и поем до последней даты,
Видишь, в небе кружат аэростаты

Aerostats

Flashing lights cut
The walls of the silent vaults
Dawn entangles in the bogs
And the earth germinates into the sky
Tearing heavily from the ground
Taking the course, they start to run
Shadows of the days, they are like ships
Their mournful formation soars higher

Cold neon burns
Stripping the steep spines
Through glass and concrete,
Proud giants are seen
Souls rush to them
Like moths they fly to where the light is brightest
To burn as a star
And their ships carry them up, away

High up, the aerostats
Fly past us to somewhere
We are silent, we watch
The dead, the dead

Searing our wings, we fly to the light
Warming ourselves with a hope that doesn't exist
We dance and sing until the very end
Look, the aerostats circle in the sky
