where Chanthaburi noodles and kapi are specialties,
we greet each other with a friendly "Hello",
saying "Sawasdee hi" (Rayong has a short "hi", Chanthaburi a long one).

In the west of Thailand,
where chili paste and jungle curry are popular,
when we see each other, we greet with a friendly "Hello",
saying "Sawaddee" (with a slightly nasal tone).
