und du lernst zu imitieren.
Du trägst jede Feder und hoffst, dass deine Bemühungen eine Gefährtin anziehen.

Eines Tages finden dich deine Kinder,
eingeschlossen im Badezimmer,
starren entsetzt auf das Spiegelbild deines Gesichts.
Und du entschuldigst dich bei den Gästen deiner Party,
aber du fragst dich, wer ist diese Person, die du feierst?

Und so schwindet das Licht,
es ist immer noch dein Geburtstag,
