بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Setiap manusia memiliki sekeping hati
Dan di dalamnyalah letaknya ketenangan
Kebahagiaan dan kepuasan hidup seorang manusia
Justeru, bagaimanakah hati ini ingin mencapai ketenangan yang sebenar?
Hati, sama seperti seekor ikan yang akan dapat
Berenang dengan selesa apabila berada di dalam air

Saat dikeluarkan daripada air, ikan tersebut akan menggelupur
Dan kian lama kian menjumpai nafas terakhirnya
Justeru itu, marilah bangunkan hati
Hidupkan hati dengan punca ketenangan yang sebenar
Dengan zikir kepada الله سبحانه وتعالى

Bukankah Allah menyebut dalam Al-Quran?
أَلا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
Hanyasanya dengan mengingati Allah
Hati akan menjadi tenang

Heal Your Heart With Remembrance of Allah

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Every human being has a heart
And within it lies tranquility
Happiness and contentment in the life of a human being
Therefore, how does this heart achieve true tranquility?
The heart, like a fish that will be able to
Swim comfortably when in water

When taken out of the water, the fish will flop around
And gradually meet its last breath
Therefore, let us awaken the heart
Revive the heart with the true source of tranquility
With the remembrance of Allah سبحانه وتعالى

Does Allah not mention in the Quran?
أَلا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
Only in the remembrance of Allah
Will the hearts find tranquility
