倒れた男の手に握られた砂時計は、
彼の命が残り僅かなことをも示していた

男はただ重くなった瞼を閉じる
暗闇の向こうから、少女の声が呼びかけていた
すぐそこからなのか、
それともずっと過去からなのか
遠い記憶が重なっていく
それは、同じように死を背中に感じた
