Я - церковь без крестов
Лечу, раскинув руки.

Окаменевшей муки.

Я - птица без небес.

Полузабытых мест

Полночная Луна

Я - церковь без крестов

The Church

I am a church without crosses,
Flying with arms outstretched wide.
Along the sleepy shores I glide,
Of petrified suffering's tide.

I am faith without reason,
Truth without a start.

I am a bird without the sky,
A stony echo's call.
Of half-forgotten places, I recall,
A mournful omen for us all.
The midnight moon above,
Bandages my wounds so deep,
While the gray mists creep,
And bathe the domes in their sleep.

I am a church without crosses,
Eternally seeping into the ground,
Listening to words that have no sound,
And the wind's mournful song all around.
I am memory without good,
Knowledge with no ambition's spark.
A cooled star in the dark,
Of generations lost in the ark.

Darkness resides in my soul,
Tattoos of betrayals untold,
Shattered glass, so cold,
