Как восхитили на небо отрешенного
Пара ангелов-подростков взмахом крыл
Молоком поили к жизни приглашенного –
До сих пор уста счастливчика мокры
Незапятнанных одежд примерить надобно
Кто испытанной душой остался юн
Кто вкусил бесстрашно праведного снадобья
Веселилась встрече птица Гамаюн
И окрестно в темноте змеились молнии
Небывальщиной захватывало дух
А в груди пожар гудел тугими волнами –
Подвиг истинно написан на роду
И уже близки, близки пределы горние:
Пламенеет грозно меч у райских врат
Где ветра притихли замыслу покорные –
Праздник грянет, небожитель будет рад
Сладок ладан, ждёт награда
Вечностью обручиться
Богу славный, братьям равный
Трепетно и лучисто
И сподобились архангелы огнистые
Прикоснуться невесомого чела
И пытали взглядом призванного истово:
Что сейчас, а что отмерено вчера
Пронеслось былое лебезными вихрями
И открылись тайны явью серебра
Тот, кого умалишенно нежно выкрали
Прозревал, рождаясь, зарево убранств
Благодарный свет нетварный
Вестника ждал давече
Миг прощённый - в дом речёный
Примет его Предвечный
Сладок ладан, ждёт награда
Вечностью обручиться
Богу славный, братьям равный
Трепетно и лучисто
Трезвеет простецом
Избранный во спасенье
Родной окутан сенью
Возвышенный Отцом

Enrapture

As the heavenly detached were enraptured
Pair of teen angels with a flutter of wings
Fed with milk to invite to life -
The lips of the lucky one are still wet
To try on the robes of the immaculate
Who remained young with a proven soul
Who tasted the potion of the righteous fearlessly
The bird Gamayun rejoiced at the meeting
And snakes writhed in the darkness around
The incredible took my breath away
And a fire roared in my chest with strong waves -
The feat is truly written in fate
And the heavenly realms are already close, close:
The sword burns menacingly at the gates of paradise
Where the winds have subsided, submissive to the plan -
The feast will come, the celestial will be glad
Incense is sweet, reward awaits
To be betrothed to eternity
Glorious to God, equal to brothers
Reverently and radiantly
And the fiery archangels were honored
To touch the weightless forehead
And they tested the gaze of the one who was called earnestly:
What is now, and what was measured yesterday
The past rushed by in swan-like whirlwinds
And the secrets were revealed in silver
The one who was kidnapped with insane tenderness
Foresighted, being born, the radiance of regalia
Grateful unearthly light
Waited for the messenger the other day
A forgiven moment - to the spoken house
The Eternal will receive him
Incense is sweet, reward awaits
To be betrothed to eternity
Glorious to God, equal to brothers
Reverently and radiantly
Sobers up as a simpleton
Chosen for salvation
Native wrapped in shade
Exalted by the Father
