Sunflowers blooming in the garden, making me perspire on that scorching summer afternoon.

Time ran through naps, and past the clamor of an empty playground.
He discovered, a four-leaf clover,
And gave me, a one-in-a-million chance.
How wondrous, shaped like a heart,
It landed softly into my palm.
The lucky clover's summer, I was lost in it with him.
I cherished the tiny golden strand of bliss - that was our love.
That day, the sun shone through the rain, a whole afternoon we spent together.
His sweat, soaked into the earth, bloomed into a present for my heart.
He discovered, a four-leaf clover,
