緑に輝く はるか遠い日々

A song always flowed like the wind
Not even understanding the meaning of the words

I learned to hum that song
For no reason, when I was alone and lonely, if I sang that song
My sadness would somehow disappear
Without knowing of meetings or partings, I listened to the flowing song
Consoled and encouraged, I dreamed
Eventually time passed, people came and went
And everything was gradually forgotten
But if I hear that song, faint memories and small events
Come back to life, nostalgic
The sky of that summer, the sparkling sea, and the youthful love I had almost forgotten
As well as my heart that used to thrill with love, as if it were yesterday
Without knowing of meetings or partings, I listened to the flowing song
Consoled and encouraged, I dreamed
Even the shadows are gone now in this city
But even still, a song flows like the wind
