A City Where Love Has Vanished

There are people sleeping as if they've collapsed on the roadside
Once you see them, you quickly look away and pass them by
Everyone protects themselves from their possible misfortune
And can't bring themselves to give their love, for that's foolish, in this crowd of fools
I, too, am in a state of uncertainty about the future

It's too early for me to say that it's the norm

It's also because I hate to use the word "love" so easily
What exactly is love? No one can answer that question
A man and a woman, comforting each other with their hearts and bodies
Searching for their hearts, they lose their way and fall down
These two, too, are in a state of uncertainty about the future

For the two of them who don't understand the world and can't have children
