Grandma's Penghu Bay

The gentle breeze caresses Penghu Bay, and white waves chase the sandy beach.
There are no coconut trees adorned with the setting sun, just a vast expanse of azure sea.
Sitting on the low wall in front of the door, I reminisce over and over again.
On that twilight beach, there were two and a half pairs of footprints.

It was Grandma, leaning on her cane, gently holding my hand.

Until the night swallowed us up, on our way home.
