動けなかった
明かりも点けず
後ろ手にドアの鍵をかけた
薄暗い部屋
脅えるように 顔に手をあてた

床に滑り落ちる仮面を見つめながら
僕はそれを踏み潰した

何もかもが呑み込まれてく

叫び続けて息もできない

幼い僕は 服を着るように仮面を付けた
クラスの中で 家族の前で
素顔を隠した

疑うことを覚えて 大人になるたびに
僕の顔は 歪んでゆく

身体中に焼きついている

痣に変わって 消えてくれない

僕の中の大切なものが

嘘も自由も手にした街で

Masked Man

I couldn't move,
Without turning on the light,
I put the key behind the door and locked it,
In the dimly lit room,
I hid my face with my hands in fear.

Stare at the mask that fell on the floor,
I crushed it underfoot.

I was attacked by an invisible vortex,
Everything was swallowed up,
My crumbling heart,
Screaming and gasping for breath.

As a child, I put on a mask as if I were wearing clothes,
In class, in front of my family,
I hid my true face.
