是故空中無色 無受想行識
無眼耳鼻舌身意 無色聲香味觸法
無眼界 乃至無意識界
無無明 亦無無明盡
無苦集滅道 無智亦無得 以無所得故
菩提薩陲 依波若波羅蜜多故
心無 礙 無 礙故 無有恐怖
遠離顛倒夢想 究竟涅盤

Xi Ran Ning Po - Introspection

My dear, as we embark on a profound journey of introspection and mindfulness,
we discover the ephemeral nature of all things and transcend the cycle of suffering.
Darling,
Form is not separate from emptiness, and emptiness is not separate from form.
Form is, in its essence, emptiness, and emptiness is form itself.
Perception, thought, and consciousness are also of this ilk.
Sweetheart,
These phenomena are empty in nature, neither arising nor ceasing,
neither defiled nor pure, neither increasing nor decreasing.
Therefore, in emptiness, there is no form, perception, thought, or consciousness.
There are no senses, no objects of sense, no realms of experience.
There is no boundary between subject and object, no duality of mind.
There is no ignorance, nor an end to ignorance.
There is no suffering, no cause of suffering, no cessation of suffering, no path to cessation.
There is no wisdom, no attainment, because there is nothing to attain.
Thus, my love, by relying on this profound wisdom,
our hearts become free from obstacles, and we abide in equanimity.
