啼鶯封鎖唇舌 猛虎細嗅心底
彼時烈火 此時東風野草換四季

回路不知何處 行宿嘆孤城深閉
空留衣衫風塵 足與你談天說地
祝酒三盞 唯恐歡宴遙遙再無期
抑或從來 情人不敵三兩好知己

Ten Thousand Beasts

But he would bestow his favor and affection, granting you a charm and grace that is uniquely yours.
Swallows swoop and soar over your brows, fish dart and glide in your eyes.
With your graceful hands, you light a lamp, illuminating two bright eyes and the four walls around.

Even if tomorrow brings no joy, let us enjoy today to the fullest.
I resent the poets of old, Du Fu and Li Bai, who only used love as inspiration for their verses.
The nightingale's song is now sealed upon my lips, while the fierce tiger's keen sense of smell reads my every thought.
The fires of passion have now been replaced by the gentle springtime breeze, and the wild grass has changed with the seasons.

I have lost my way and do not know where to return. In this isolated city, I can only sigh.
Only my dusty clothes remain, a witness to our conversations.
I raise my glass three times, fearing that this joyful feast may never come again.
Perhaps it has always been true that lovers cannot compare to a few good friends.
