人も流れゆく 土の道の上を
唄うこどもたち 輪になって日が暮れる

鐘の音が止めば 月と遊ぼう
帰り道照らす 夜空のあかり

通りゃんせ 帰りゃんせ 母の子守唄
今はもう消えた 十三夜のわらべうた

まるい十五夜の 月の出を待ちながら
手には笹の舟 願いを込めた指

人は生かされて 巡る ゆずりの葉に
やがて思い出す わらべの唄の意味を

鐘の音が止めば 月と遊ぼう
帰り道急ぐ 虫の音たかく

As we travel so far, away we drift
Rivers flow onward, towards our hometown's sea

People wander along, on earthen paths
Children sing in circles, as daylight fades

When the temple bells fall silent, we’ll play beneath the moon
Its glow guides our way home, in the night's embrace

Let's walk on, go back, to the lullabies our mothers sang
Now but a memory, the children's songs of thirteen nights

As we await the moon's return on the fifteenth night
笹 leaves in hand, our wishes dance upon the stream

By life's grace, we wander, following the rustling leaves
And in time, we'll grasp the meaning of those children's songs
