Whenever there is a festival, the streets are crammed with people looking to buy that one ticket to listen to promotional speeches.
If you do happen to managed to see the fireworks during the festival, you'll be lucky to then see a report on the news that will haunt you, right before you witness the breathtaking live fireworks broadcast.
If you're looking for peace, then stay at home and wait for the smoke from the fireworks to blanket the former beauty.
If you're afraid of the chaos, keep your doors closed. If you prefer quiet, feel free to sleep through the commotion.
