And actually, the boundary between us and an unspeakably bizarre world

As long as you have DMT
That's appalling to me

The classical myth about leprechauns is they want to keep you

And then you have to bargain your way out
And the bargain is always the solution of a riddle
Notice that what's happened here is, it's all about linguistic prowess
It's all about poetic skill
It's all about language ability
Only the eloquent, only the clever
Only those who are masters of riddlery and pun
Are acceptable to these entities
That's what they value
Why? I guess, because they're are made of language
And they, themselves
They're like self-dribbling, jeweled basketballs
Said in other words, they don't have faces or anything
And they use the language to make objects

That's how this language is different from ordinary English
English, we can make meaning
The DMT language makes objects
It's like a higher-dimensional language
And so, these things bound forward
With the complete purpose of delighting you
And they reach into the air
Into their bodies into some nearby invisible dimension
And they pull out
What I would call words, puns, objects, hallucinations
Things which manage to be all those things simultaneously
And they say, look at this
And it's purely designed to dazzle and astound
And then a colleague will elbow the little guy aside
And say, "No, look at this!"
And they're all in front of you, chirping
Clamoring and these objects that they make
Begin themselves to speak and float away and reproduce

You were sitting in a room with your grubby friends somewhere
Pursuing spiritual understanding
Now, this is going on and it's very hard to not be horrified
I mean, the cognitive dissonance
The neck snapping switch of dimensions
And then, after about three, four, five minutes
It retracts, it loses its vitality
And it begins to pull away from you
Almost like a boat pulling away from a dock
And, in fact, I had one trip were, metaphorically, not having hands

On Ne Sait Rien

Une des raisons pour lesquelles je prêche le DMT si
furieusement, c’est que je veux juste qu’un plus grand nombre de personnes le prennent
pour que nous puissions comparer les données.
Nous devons comprendre.
Comment est-ce possible ?
Cela soulève toute une série de questions.
Comment cela a-t-il été gardé secret ?
Comment des millions de personnes
peuvent-elles aller au tombeau,
élever des enfants, avoir un emploi,
sans que la nouvelle d’une porte ouverte béante
ne soit parvenue jusqu’à elles ?
Je veux dire, la plupart des gens croient qu’ils sont emprisonnés dans ce monde.
Le seul espoir est peut-être 15 ans à l’Ashram
et d’horribles actes d’abnégation et de contrôle.
Et en fait, la frontière entre nous et un monde incroyablement étrange
est à 30 secondes, à tout moment,
tant que vous avez du DMT.
C’est épouvantable pour moi.

Le mythe classique sur les lutins, c’est qu’ils veulent vous garder.
S’ils vous attrapent ou si vous les embêtez, ils vous retiendront
et vous devrez alors négocier votre sortie.
Et la négociation est toujours la solution d’une énigme.
Remarquez que ce qui s’est passé ici, c’est que tout est question de prouesses linguistiques,
tout est question de talent poétique,
tout est question de capacité linguistique.
Seuls les éloquents, seuls les intelligents,
seuls ceux qui maîtrisent les devinettes et les jeux de mots
sont acceptables pour ces entités.
C’est ce qu’elles apprécient.
Pourquoi ? Je suppose que c’est parce qu’elles sont faites de langage
et qu’elles-mêmes,
elles sont comme des ballons de basket en bijoux qui dribblent tout seuls.
En d’autres termes, elles n’ont pas de visage ou quoi que ce soit
et elles utilisent le langage pour créer des objets.

C’est en cela que ce langage est différent de l’anglais ordinaire.
L’anglais, on peut lui donner un sens.
Le langage du DMT crée des objets.
C’est comme un langage de dimension supérieure.
Et donc, ces choses bondissent,
avec le seul but de vous enchanter,
et elles tendent la main en l’air,
dans leur corps, dans une dimension invisible proche,
et elles en sortent
ce que j’appellerais des mots, des jeux de mots, des objets, des hallucinations,
des choses qui réussissent à être toutes ces choses à la fois,
et elles disent :« Regardez ça !»
Et c’est purement conçu pour éblouir et étonner.
Et puis un collègue donne un coup de coude au petit gars à côté
et dit :« Non, regardez ça !»
Et ils sont tous devant vous, à jacasser,
à clamer, et ces objets qu’ils fabriquent
commencent eux-mêmes à parler, à s’éloigner en flottant et à se reproduire.
Il y a 30 secondes,
vous étiez assis dans une pièce avec vos amis crasseux quelque part,
à la recherche de la compréhension spirituelle.
Maintenant, c’est en train de se produire et c’est très difficile de ne pas être horrifié.
Je veux dire, la dissonance cognitive,
le changement de dimension qui vous brise la nuque...
Et puis, après environ trois, quatre, cinq minutes,
ça se rétracte, ça perd de sa vitalité
et ça commence à s’éloigner de vous,
un peu comme un bateau qui s’éloigne d’un quai.
Et, en fait, j’ai fait un trip où, métaphoriquement, je n’avais pas de mains.
