Pongo la mirada al cielo
Y expreso mi anhelo desde este suelo
Apelo a compartir poesías para poder romper el hielo
Mi consuelo, para alejar mi mente de prisión
Es la acción que acompaña la verdad de cada guión

Mi misión, no es dar la rendición si no hay opción
Ni decirles que ser libres es pelear al son de un arma
En cambio una buena acción de corazón
Que beneficie a otros es brindarle libertad al alma

¡Calma! calma, que no hay nada imposible
Solamente la muerte es definitiva, es irreversible
Es indetenible quien actúa convencido
Que no ha recibido todo lo que tiene merecido

Sólo he sido, un ideal trepando a paso lento
Una mancha en el cemento
Una voz, un instrumento
He vivido, cada aliento al ciento por ciento

He descargado lo que siento en el momento
En un papel sediento de experiencias,
De cadencia, de la resistencia que hoy hacemos
Sin pensar en consecuencias

Y ante la ausencia de conciencia de la autoridad
Hoy sumo mi presencia en pro de nuestra libertad
En pro de la igualdad que no he visto hasta ahora
Y que empeora si la patria no es una buena electora

Mi respeto es para aquel
Que le madruga a la aurora,
Y que le pone el pecho al mundo
Mientras su corazón llora

Sé que es difícil no sentirse comprendido
Y por momentos percibir que casi todo esta perdido
Yo se lo que es perder, caer y tropezar
Y también se que lo mejor solo es volverse a levantar

Yo se que muchos no son lo que habían querido
Y que gran parte de su vida solamente se han mentido
Tan solo por creer no poderse realizar
Mi concejo es solo uno nunca es tarde pa' empezar

Pongo la mirada al frente
Y la frente en alto como debe ser
Por mis venas fluye algo que me hace permanecer
La confianza nunca hay que perder, solo hay que tratar de ver
La luz que grita al fondo del túnel no hay que retroceder

Y aunque... no veas aliados, no veas nadie a tu lado
Y sientas que la vida te ha dejado abandonado
Solo y sumergido en medio de la oscuridad,
Hay fortaleza en su interior solo hay que darle libertad

Mata esa necesidad, de avaricia ficticia
Que te envicia, que te asfixia y que te llena de codicia
Que te duerme la mente y te hace un ser irracional
Banal, superficial y al que todo le da igual

Yo he escuchado un ideal, en muchos manifiestos
Sobre un cambio social pa' derrocar lo que esta impuesto
Y pa' serte más honesto...
Si no cambias tu primero parcero
No esperes que cambie el resto

Y a pesar que hoy ya las calles no son más que grises valles
De malicia, odio y almas solitarias
Yo quiero elevar al cielo cada una de mis plegarias
Pa' seguir sembrando hectáreas de palabras necesarias

¡Hermano! Limpia las lágrimas de tus mejillas
Da un paso al frente y más valora las cosas sencillas
Porque si el mundo a ti te agobia y te humilla
Es mejor morir peleando que llorando de rodillas

Sé que es difícil no sentirse comprendido

It's Never Too Late to Start

I look up at the sky
And express my longing from this ground
I appeal to share poems to break the ice
My comfort, to keep my mind out of prison
Is the action that accompanies the truth of each script

My mission is not to surrender if there is no choice
Nor to tell you that being free is fighting to the sound of a weapon
Instead, a good deed from the heart
That benefits others is giving freedom to the soul

Calm! calm down, nothing is impossible
Only death is final, irreversible
He who acts convinced is unstoppable
That he has not received everything he deserves

I've only been an ideal climbing slowly
A stain on the concrete
A voice, an instrument
I have lived, every breath to the fullest

I have downloaded what I feel at the moment
On a paper thirsty for experiences,
Of cadence, of the resistance we do today
Without thinking about the consequences

And given the lack of awareness of the authority
Today I add my presence in favor of our freedom
In favor of the equality that I have not seen until now
And that worsens if the homeland is not a good voter

My respect is for the one
That gets up early at dawn,
And that puts his chest to the world
While his heart cries

I know it is difficult not to feel understood
And at times perceive that almost everything is lost
I know what it is to lose, to fall and to stumble
And I also know that the best thing is to just get back up

I know that many are not what they wanted to be
And that much of their life they have only lied to themselves
Just by believing they can't be realized
My advice is only one, it's never too late to start

I look straight ahead
And forehead high as it should be
Something flows through my veins that makes me stay
Confidence should never be lost, you just have to try to see
The light screaming at the end of the tunnel, you don't have to back down

Kill that need, fictitious greed

Banal, superficial and to whom everything is the same

I have heard an ideal, in many manifestos
About social change to overthrow what is imposed
And to be more honest with you...
If you don't change yourself first, partner
Don't expect the rest to change

And although today the streets are nothing more than gray valleys
Of malice, hatred and lonely souls
I want to raise each of my prayers to heaven
To continue sowing hectares of necessary words

Brother! Wipe the tears from your cheeks
Take a step forward and appreciate the simple things more
Because if the world overwhelms you and humiliates you
It is better to die fighting than crying on your knees
