Namas te narasim'hāya
Prahlādāhlāda-dāyine
Hiraṇyakaśipor vakṣaḥ-
śilā-ṭańka-nakhālaye

Ito nṛsim'haḥ parato nṛsim'ho
Yato yato yāmi tato nṛsim'haḥ
Bahir nṛsim'ho hṛdaye nṛsim'ho
Nṛsim'ham ādim' śaraṇam' prapadye

Dalita-hiraṇyakaśipu-tanu-bhṛńgam

Keśava dhṛta-narahari-rūpa jaya jagadīśa hare

I bow to You, O Nrsimha,
Who delights Prahlada
And who ripped apart the chest
Of the demon Hiranyakashipu

Nrsimha is here and there,
Wherever I go, there is Nrsimha
Outside is Nrsimha, inside is Nrsimha,
I take shelter at the lotus feet of Nrsimha

Your lotus hand is a wonderful weapon,

Which tore apart the body of Hiranyakashipu,
