دوهزار چشم غمگین به دو چشمواره گشته
به جهان جان رسیدم غزلم ترانه گشته
تو روان به خواب شهری من از این خیال ترسان
مگریز از خیالم مگریز رو مگردان
می خواهم ت بمان ، می جویمت مرو
سرگشته ام چو باد ، می خواهمت بمان
به کجا مرا کشانی که نمی دهی نشانم
بجز این دگر ندانم که تو جان این جهانی
اگر از غروب رویت حوسم کند شکایت
وگر این خیال واهی برد از سرم هوایت
دگر روا نباشد که نظر کنم به سویی
ببرد خیال من را ز جنون به جست و جویی
من و گونه های خیسم به امید شانه هایت
به فسون ماه ماند شب سرد انتظار
هوس از تو جان بگیرد ، به که گویمت چه بودی
مگر از تو دل ربودم که من از منم ربودی
به نگاه پر ز مهرت قسمت دهم به باران
منو قبله گاه چشمت دو هزار چشم گریان
می خواهم ت بمان ، می جویمت مرو

Two thousand sad eyes have become two eyes
I have come to the world of soul, my ghazal has become a song
You are flowing into the sleep of the city, I am afraid of this dream
Don't run away from my dream, don't turn your face away
I want you to stay, I seek you, don't go
I am bewildered like the wind, I want you to stay
Where are you taking me that you do not show me the sign
I know nothing else that you are the soul of this world
If my senses complain about the sunset of your face
And if this vain thought takes away my love for you
It would no longer be possible for me to look elsewhere
My imagination takes me from madness to searching
My cheeks are wet with the hope of your shoulders
The cold night of waiting resembles the enchantment of the moon
Desire takes life from you, to whom can I tell what it was like
Did I steal your heart, or did you steal me from myself
I will give your affectionate gaze to the rain
My thousand crying eyes, the qiblah of your eyes
I want you to stay, I seek you, don't go
I am bewildered like the wind, I want you to stay
