Darkness

Darkness roamed the forest wide,
Then she ventured on a path,
Onto fields open and vast,
Till the dawn, she would abide.
As I wander through the wood,
I shall follow on the path,
Out into the open fields,
Till the dawn, for joy and wrath.

And emerge in grasses green,
With sweet dew, I'll bathe my skin,

On a bed of grassy plumes,

Of the moon among the grass,
