Ich finde es hervorragend, dass sich der Song "Meine Band" so sehr in der Mitte meiner bisherigen Schaffenszeit ansiedelt
Denn er gilt in beide Richtungen
Er trifft nach jedem einzelnen meiner Alben zu und das schon seit dem ersten Album, denn schon da haben sich Leute beschwert
Warum es denn nicht mehr so klingt, wie der allererste Promotrack
Aber der Song soll nichts rechtfertigen

Ich setzte mich hier ja auch mit meinen eigenen Erfahrungen als Fan auseinander
Und ich habe über die Jahre gemerkt, je mehr Probleme man mit einer Band hat
Desto mehr Probleme hat man eigentlich mit sich selbst
Die Musiker sind nur unsere Projektionsflächen für unsere eigenen Ängste vor Veränderungen und unserem Wunsch nach Konstantem
Denken sie da mal drüber nach!

I think it's great that the song "My Band" is placed right in the middle of my current creative period
Because it goes both ways
It applies to every single one of my albums and has done since the very first album, because people have been complaining since then
Why doesn't it sound like the very first promo track anymore
But the song is not meant to justify anything

I also address my own experiences as a fan here
And I've noticed over the years, the more problems you have with a band
The more problems you actually have with yourself
The musicians are just our projections for our own fears of change and our desire for the constant
Think about it!
