Ich lieg immernoch wach denn

Und ich das doppelt bei Nacht stemm
Schon wieder so ein Monat und noch immer keinen Job
Diese Woche halb verkomat und ich habe keinen Bock
Und das Hölzchen, was gerade auf der Mirkoebne bleibt
Wird darauf dann zu nem Stöckchen, das Globalproblem erscheint
Aus dem Stöckchen wird ein Ast und aus dem Ast da wird ein baum
Und ich bleibe weiter wach, muss den Tag erst noch verdauen

Und ich hab schon wieder geträumt eine Schlage beißt mir in den Fuß und weiß nicht was das bedeutet
Während die da hängt, hat sie sich dann noch gehäutet
Und am Ende dieses Traums fühlt ich mich irgendwie geläutert
Und dann letztens hab ich ernsthaft geträumt, ich bin gefangen in nem Raum der langsam voller Wasser läuft und Ich bin da nicht alleine, zusammen mit nem Freund und ich sehe dabei zu, wie er langsam dann ersäuft

Trag tagsüber auch noch mein Nachthemd
Das Tempo der Welt meine Fahrt lenkt
Uch bin immernoch Schlaf-los
Mache mir Druck und denkt schlaf! los
Bin seit meiner Kinderheit den Schlaf los
Gewinn wäre super: ein SchlafLos

Und ich hab schon wieder geträumt eine Schlage beißt mir in den Fuß und weiß nicht was das bedeutet

Rücken tut weh. nicht bewegen
Bleib in Gedanken dann kleben
Denke an Mond und Planeten
Denke nur nach und denk "denk nich"
Das All, das ist wirklich unendlich
Draußen wird hell, ich denk endlich
Es reicht jetzt mit dunkel, brauch end licht

Und ich hab schon wieder geträumt ein Meteor fliegt auf die Erde, Städte werden geräumt
Und während ich da stehe und in den Himmel gucke, wird es langsam dunkel, ich sehe des Himmelskörpers Funkeln

Sleepless

I'm still lying awake because
I'm still thinking when
You only know the day for it
And I'm doing it twice at night
Another month like this and still no job
Half comatose this week and I'm not feeling up to it
And the little wood that just stays on the micro level
Then becomes a little stick, the global problem appears
The little stick becomes a branch and from the branch there becomes a tree
And I stay awake, I still have to digest the day

And I dreamed again a serpent biting my foot and don't know what it means
While it was hanging there, it then shed its skin
And at the end of this dream I felt somehow cleansed
And then recently I seriously dreamed I was trapped in a room that was slowly filling with water and I'm not alone there, together with a friend and I'm watching as he slowly drowns

I'm still lying awake because
Time is still racing in time
I'm still wearing my nightgown during the day
The pace of the world steers my ride
I'm still sleep-less
I put pressure on myself and think sleep! off
I've been sleep-less since my childhood
A win would be great: a SleepLess

And I dreamed again a serpent biting my foot and don't know what it means

I'm slowly getting embarrassed
My back hurts. don't move.
I keep getting stuck in my thoughts
I think of the moon and the planets
I just think and think "don't think"
The universe, it is truly infinite
It's getting light outside, I finally think
It's enough with dark now, I need end light

And I dreamed again a meteorite flying towards the earth, cities are being evacuated
And while I'm standing there and looking up at the sky, it slowly gets dark, I see the celestial body's sparkle
