I woke up in the morning and felt like a Zombie,
The Tequila Gold Label had bombed me.
You see I woke up late and wasn't feelin' so great,

Here came Shirley Temple and they told me to chill,

There's a groupie named Mai Tai, a fly oriental.
A groupie is a girl that jocks,
She wore the def Black Velvet and drank Scotch on the Rocks.
We had a fake marriage, now here's to honeymoon,

Tequila

J'étais au bar avec mon équipe de buveurs,
C'était moi, Jack Daniels et mon pote Jim Bean.
On était un peu pompés et on essayait de se tenir bien, tu vois.
C'est là qu'est arrivé un soldat, il était de la marine.
On était en train de tomber, de trébucher, de ramper.
Voici que la police arrive, le Capitaine Tom Collins,

Et puis voilà qu'arrive Marguarita et son amie Shirley Temple.

Alors j'ai parlé à Marguarita, parce que, tu vois, elle était canon.

Je ne voulais pas rester,

Maintenant, je suis à la Red Zone, tout le monde est stylé.

J'ai perdu connaissance et la fête a été interrompue,
Parce que je buvais de la Tequila avec l'attaque au citron, tu vois.

Je me suis réveillé le matin et je me sentais comme un zombie,
La Tequila Gold Label m'avait bombardé.
Tu vois, je me suis réveillé tard et je ne me sentais pas bien,
