Птицами вольными пали
В омуты - тайные глади Нави
Смотри на воду – былого тень.
Веры глаза закрывали
Алые смертные раны кровью
Летели птицы за облака к дому
Летели птицы за ними вслед
Кровью залитая,
Кнутами битая,
Смолами жжёная,
Огнём калёная,
Червями едена,
Копьями колота,
Но не загублена
Воля победная!

Boundless souls remained forever in the endless fields
Their prophetic songs are tears in my eyes and memory within me
They fell as free birds
Into whirlpools - the secret glades of Nav
In the silent rivers - the shadows of the past
With keen eyes, birds from the sky
The arrows of oppression fell into my heart
Breaking hope, engendering fury
No one but us will bring peace to our lands
No one but us will give freedom to our children
No one but us will kindle the fire for our descendants
Will not meet the dawn with them, will not sing a lullaby
They fell as free birds
Into whirlpools - the secret glades of Nav
Look upon the water – the shadow of the past.
The eyes of faith were closed
The mortal wounds gush with blood
Birds flew beyond the clouds to our home
Birds flew after them.
Filled with blood,
Beaten by whips,
Seared by resins,
Hardened by fire,
Eaten by worms,
Pierced by spears,
But not extinguished
The victorious will!
