The Great Trails of Immortality

In our hearts, we have guarded our souls and holy gods as with shields.
We have loved the Earth, which has healed our wounds, and we knew that there our love flowed.
Sparks of amber's rays were born to burn bright in the bodies of our enemies.
Beneath the flash of lightning, we have glorified our army under the wings of our banner.
The steppes bowed to us, and our path was carpeted in waves of land.
And the enemy arrows and spears helplessly stung our sturdy steel.
Free birds of our hearts have guarded the wild manes of our horses from above.
Indicating our path in the misty expanse of the hoary, majestic steppes.
