I dreamed of my native oak groves, the cool shadows of the forests
And the heat of the rainbow in the clouds, the pearls of the shores
Golden meadows and the wind, rustling the curls of the fields,
And predatory cliffs guarding the misty seas
And tears of joy falling on the meadows dear to my heart,
I knew - I will remain with them forever!
