Ca fait cent vingt-deux jours que je suis en l'air
A tourner autour, tout autour de la terre

C'est l'infini, les étoiles, leur poussière
A mon hublot je m'imagine à ma fenêtre
Le toit des voitures, le haut des parcmètres
Je voulais quitter la terre mais maintenant je la regrette
J'ai pas le mal du pays... J'ai le mal de la planète
La station Mir notre cabane de l'espace
Désolé de le dire, elle est bonne pour la casse
Avec Sergueï et Youri, on la bichonne
On a dit pour s' marrer, qu'on mettrait un klaxon
Station en orbite, radeau près des côtes
Dans cet océan on connaît que des îles désertes
On a foulé la lune et c'est la grande fierté
Mais pour l'univers, c'est même pas l'Ile de Ré
Il va pleuvoir chez nous, des nuages gorgés d'eau
Quittent l'Angleterre pour le continent
D'ici je vois en vrai la météo
Sans une femme souriante qui gigote devant
Sortez les parapluies et rappelez les gosses
Remontez vos cols, courez sous l'abribus
Est-ce que j'ai fermé chez moi le vasistas
Si c'est pas le cas, ma moquette elle y passe
Je regarde en bas de l'autre côté de l'atmosphère
C'est bizarre de se dire qu'il y a tant de frontières
Vu d'ici, vraiment y'a pas grande différence
Entre la Mandchourie, le Texas, la Provence
La conquête de l'espace c'est l'avenir des humains
C'est pourquoi on ne lésine pas sur les moyens
La preuve: mon scaphandre vaut tellement de fric
Qu'avec on pourrait soigner la moitié de l'Afrique
Je voulais quitter la terre, j'avais pas tort en fait

The Mir space station, our little shack in space
