Semblanza y melancolía de tiempos que ya se fueron,
En ti se inspira el poeta, personificando el verso,
En trémola como soga al compás del instrumento
Que acaricia tus virtudes en el vaivén del recuerdo,
Llaneraza que amamanta la idiosincrasia de un pueblo
Primer canto de carrao, aroma de jazminero,
Capullo de malabares equilibrio del estero
Prosa muza, rima y copla del cantador sabanero,
Taller de arpas centenarias en el joropo hechicero,
Cantera de mil pasiones, bastión de amor y respeto,
Remanso de aguas claritas donde se bañan tus sueños
Llaneraza, llaneraaa, acariciando momentos
Tu mirada dulce y cálida, amorosa a los sentimientos
Del hombre que amansa potros, del hombre que acepta retos,
El que ti ama y te respeta, tú y su llano su universo,
Tu frente altiva trasluce la gallardía de tu ancestro
Compañía en la soledad, apaciguo del tormento,
Pecho que amamanta hijos y enjuga llantos y rezos,
Regazo donde dormitan y se despiertan los sueños,
Mano fuerte en el castigo, caricia en el embeleso,
Voz que alienta y alebresta su curruco invita al beso,
La que baila y la que ríe y la que llora en silencio,
Llaneraza, llaneraza tú mi poema y mi verso
Llaneraza en el extremo que marca el rumbo del tiempo
Eres la guía del baulero (xxxx) y la luz del aposento
Donde florecen amores, donde levitan momentos.
Llanera paz de remanso, torrente de sentimiento,
Tu corazón es romance y en tu pecho lisonjero
Se enyuga la soledad lo alivias dando un te quiero.
Eres musa del corrío y del pasaje sabanero
Templanza e inmensidad como mi Llano llanero,
Llanera piel de sabana, ternura de lirio mallero,
Cada vez que en tus entrañas se gesta un amor sincero,
La llanura se engalana y le da gracias al cielo
Por que otra vez llaneraza vas a parir un llanero!!

Llaneraza that suckles the idiosyncrasy of a people
The first song of the carrao, the aroma of jasmine,
Bud of the malabares, balance of the swamp
Prose, muse, rhyme, and couplet of the plains singer,
Workshop of century-old harps in the bewitching joropo,
Quarry of a thousand passions, bastion of love and respect,
Backwater of clear waters where your dreams bathe
Llaneraza, caressing moments
Your sweet and warm gaze, loving to the sentiments
Of the man who tames horses, the man who accepts challenges,
He who loves and respects you, you and your plains, his universe,
Your proud brow reflects the gallantry of your ancestry
Company in solitude, calming the torment,
Breast that suckles children and wipes away tears and prayers,
Lap where dreams slumber and awaken,
Strong hand in punishment, caress in ecstasy,
Voice that encourages and delights, its curruco invites the kiss,
The one who dances and laughs and cries silently,
Llaneraza, my poem and my verse
Llaneraza at the extreme point that marks the course of time
You are the guide of the baulero (xxxx) and the light of the room
Where love blooms, where moments levitate.
Llaneraza, peace of the backwater, torrent of emotion,
Your heart is a romance and in your flattering chest

You are the muse of the corrío and the plains passage
Temperance and immensity like my Llano llanero,
Llaneraza, skin of the plains, tenderness of the lily mallero,
Each time a sincere love is born in your depths,
The plain is adorned and gives thanks to heaven
