Astuu valloittaja yksin eteen valtaistuimen
Ja taivaalliset sotajoukot käskyä vain odottaa

Tajunta on tyhjä kuten taulu illan hämärässä
Jotain silti tihkuu läpi, tuoksu muistojen:
Ensimmänen muisto kovin vaisu, kovin hämärä
On sydämessä piilotettu salaisuuden ovi
Toinen muisto häilyvä kuin kuva harmaa rakeinen
On kasvoista ja niiden takaa aukeavaa maisemaa
Kolmas muisto, luvuista ja numeroista, kaavoista
Neljäs muisto pimeä ja vaarallinen tie

Ja ääni tuntuu selittävän hiljainen ja vakava
Kuin jokin tuttu, turvallinen kauan sitten kadonnut
Se kertoo ruumiin kartaksi ja kivun kertoo kompassiksi
Valopisteet tajunnassa tehtäviksi selittää:

Minä muistan suuren kirjan alla pyhän sinetin, sen jonka
Esi-äidit maasta kantoi uuden taivaan alle
Minä muistan liitot, sodat, matkat
Uudet sopimukset, minä muistan
Itseni vain niin kuin muistaa painajaisen

Sortuu valtakunta tomuun viimein joka ikinen
Ja hallitsijain nimet vaipuu unohdukseen tuonelaan
Kaatuu järjestelmät, kuolee sanat suuret huulille
Ja rauniolla yksinäinen tuulenhenkäys vaeltaa
Ja niin kuin silti elänkin on kaikki aikaan siroteltu
Puhallettu tuuliin aurinkojen kerran sammuvain
Valtapiiri mielen oppii avaruuden sanomaa
Hiljaisuutta sanattomain tähtiholvien
Rakkausko, viha, kerran virtas läpi olentoni
Elämä sen kudos, olin siinä lankana
Turhaako siis tuokiot ja kaikki tämä sisälläni
Uhma kuolevaisen kohti pimeyden kasvoja

The Mirror of the Omnipotent

The conqueror steps forward alone before the throne
And the heavenly armies await the command

The conscious is empty like a canvas in the twilight
Something still oozes through, a scent of memories:
The first memory, very faint, very dark
There is a secret door hidden in the heart
The second memory, a blurry image like gray grainy film
It is of faces and a landscape that opens up behind them
The third memory is of numbers and figures and patterns
The fourth memory is of a dark and dangerous path

And a voice that seems to explain is quiet and serious
Like something familiar, safe, long since lost
It says that the body is a map and pain is a compass
It explains that the points of light in consciousness are tasks:

I remember the big book under the holy seal, which
My foremothers carried from the earth under the new sky
I remember alliances, wars, journeys
New treaties, I remember
Myself only like I remember a nightmare

Every kingdom finally crumbles to dust
And the names of the rulers sink into oblivion in the underworld
Systems fall, great words die on the lips
And a lonely breath of wind wanders across the ruins
And as if I still live, everything is scattered in time
Blown into the winds of the once quenched suns
The sphere of influence of the mind learns the message of space
Silence of the voiceless star vaults
Love or hate, once it flowed through my being
The fabric of life, I was a thread in it
Is it in vain then, the moments and all this within me
