Everyone's famous is one of my absolute favourite songs on the record
And it was actually written on a day when
There was two other songs that you hear on the record, which doesn't happen often
It was August 4th 2019 and we wrote "Paralyzed" and "Kill Them With Kindness"
I can tell you there was a lot of waltzing going on around the piano
Because what would writing be without dancing around the room
But, uhm, I had a very clear idea of that Jeff Buckley sound meets that kind of Brandi Carlile

The arc in her songs, I really wanted the song to explode by the end
So cut to meeting Aaron Sterling, one of the world's best drummers
He walks in and he was trying to be polite to the vocal at the end of the song
And I just said to him, "No, no, no, no, no, no, go nuts, absolutely go for it", and he did
And it's my favourite drums on the record
