Because I get that same energy of when I watched
"Shall we dance", and "This scene with the book of love", Peter Gabriel song
It's so spectacular, that feeling of just-
It tingles the rest of my body
And, I then saw this clip from Alan Watts
And it was actually a set-up from "Coincidence of opposites"
And from the "Tower of philosophy" album

And it had all these insights into saying, well
You don't work the piano, you play the piano
And that inspiration of you know
You hope you give it your absolute everything
'Cause you know when, when they call last rounds
Um, I hope I lived, and I hope I loved

One more really cool thing is that the start of this record
"Keep climbing", begins with the note D and at the very end
You'll hear a single note and that's G and those are my initials
So, that wraps up the entire record

Quand j'ai écrit Play, je n'ai cessé de l'imaginer dans un film.
Parce que j'y retrouve la même énergie que lorsque j'ai regardé
"Shall We Dance" et "cette scène avec Book of Love", la chanson de Peter Gabriel.
C'est tellement spectaculaire, cette sensation de...
J'en ai des frissons.
Et puis, j'ai vu ce clip d'Alan Watts,
extrait de "Coincidence of Opposites",
de l'album "Tower of Philosophy".

Et il y avait toutes ces réflexions comme quoi,
on ne travaille pas le piano, on joue du piano.
Et cette inspiration, tu sais,
tu espères tout donner,
parce que tu sais, quand on annoncera la dernière tournée,
j'espère avoir vécu, et j'espère avoir aimé.

Un autre détail intéressant, c'est que ce disque,
"Keep Climbing", commence par la note ré et se termine
par une seule note, un sol, et ce sont mes initiales.
Voilà qui conclut tout l'album.
