Ich bin eine Mischung, die ist ziemlich lecker,
aus Albert Einstein und Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Soweit, so gut, doch das Dumme ist nur:

Doch ihr Herzblut schreit nach einem Bodybuilder.

Ihr zuliebe kauf' ich mir einen Expander,
doch der druckt mich z'samm', statt ich ihn auseinander.

Da hilft kein Spinat und auch keine Polenta,
darum eile ich ins nächste Fitness-Center.

Und vor dem Eingangstor, da steht ein Sportlerchor
und fünf Mörderhenker singen mir ins Ohr:

An der Copacabana und am Wörthersee -
starke Männer sind nie passé,
an der Copacabana und am Schotterteich,
bei Muskeln werden alle Mädchen weich,

Die Fitness-Folterkammer ist ein Gruselkabinett,
da quält sich die Elite, bis daß ihr die Luft ausgeht.

Mr. Oberschenkel, der aussieht wie Godzilla,
die Anzahl der Gewichte, färbt sein Antlitz lila.

Bei 180 Kilo macht er einen Röhrer,
und er läßt einen fahren, wie Onan, der Zerstörer.

Nach zwei harten Jahren, hab' ich's dann geschafft.
Ich kann kaum noch gehen vor lauter Kraft!

Wenn ich meine Muskeln auf dem Buckel schupf,
schau ich aus wie ein geölter Gugelhupf.

Wenn man die Hanteln druckt und die Gewichte stemmt,
Proteine schluckt, braucht man bald ein neues Hemd.

An der Copacabana und am Wörthersee -

bei Muskeln werden alle Mädchen weich,

Mit geblähtem Brüstl klopf' ich bei der Hilde,

I'm a mixture, quite delicious, you see,
Part Albert Einstein and Arnold Schwarzenegger, that's me.

So far, so good, but here's the silly twist:
I've got Schwarzenegger's brain, and Einstein's physique, I insist.

For the longest time, I've loved the beautiful Hilda,
But her heart yearns for a bodybuilder, a real hunk of a fella.

For her sake, I buy myself an expander band,
But it squeezes me together, instead of stretching me out, understand?

No spinach helps, nor polenta, it's all in vain,
So I rush to the nearest fitness center, to ease my pain.

And in front of the entrance gate, a choir of athletes stands,
And five killer thugs sing into my ears, making their demands:

The fitness torture chamber is a creepy cabinet,
where the elite torture themselves until they're out of breath, haven't a cent.
