W książkach nikt nie wspomni, ludzie już nie chcą czytać
To świat groteski, głosu rozsądku już nie słychać
Nie ma już bohaterów, teraz królem jest błazen
Teraz jest cool, luźno, super, bomba, zniszczono powagę
Sprawiedliwość ma oczy i fiskalną kasę
Podstawowe wartości spłonęły jak papier
Usiadłem na tym brzegu, woda koiła ból wędrówki
Słuchałem krzyku mew i widziałem w tym ludzi
Kto głośniej, kto lepiej, to niekończący się wyścig
W tych czasach cwaniactwo i spryt to podstawy etyki
Szukałem w sobie podobnych, dlatego boli to tak mocno
Żeby nie zwariować, trzeba uciec w samotność
Tylu nam ludzi podobnych wierzyło w świat idealny
Dziś nie ma nic, sami jesteśmy na tej plaży
Traciliśmy nadzieję, idąc pod prąd tak silny
Za rękę z bezczelnością, wiesz, sami przeciw wszystkim
To nie jest serial, tu nadzieja umarła
Ten świat to farsa, wolę śnić lub spłonąć jak zapałka
Błysnąć chociaż na chwilę, by ogrzać chłód tej nocy
Może dam życie, energię, by znowu sens zdobyć
W mieście, gdzie każdy róg oblepia nachalnie cywilizacja
Ktoś o tym świecie zapomniał, nie wysłał nam światła
I mimo świadomości, że stoję na czymś twardym
Czuję jakby piasek na plaży, nikt nie zabroni mi marzyć
Wędrować tak długo, aż sens i spokój znajdę
Z bohaterami z Olimpu siedzieć i pić grappę
Znaleźć to coś, co piętnowano kiedyś jako szaleństwo
Odnaleźć Boga, bezpieczeństwo i przywrócić szlachetność
To technopolis mnie męczy
Wysysa z krwią rozsądek, zwiększa się świata majątek
Lecz coraz bardziej znika człowiek
Tylko w snach mnie tu nie ma
I tylko w snach czuję radość
Otwieram oczy i zamiast plaży znów miasto
Chcę byś wysłuchał tych słów, o jedno, proszę, pozwól
Znajdź w sobie siłę na dobro, na wiedzę i na rozum
Zatrzymajmy się w pędzie, nikt nie pamięta po co biegnie
Czy na pewno po szczęście? Czy sam bieg nie jest biegu sensem?
Nic nie jest pewne, ja przecież sam wciąż pytam
Szukam sposobu, by kiedyś polecieć jak Ikar
Na skrzydłach tej wolności
I jeśli mam jak on spaść, to spadnę jak on
Ale szczęśliwy, bo żyłem naprawdę

The Beach

Idols have vanished, heroes of wars long past
Faded from people's memories, their glory swept by the sea
New ones, though shining brightly on the firmament above
Like us, will turn to sand, washed away by the downpour's shove
No mention in books, people no longer wish to read
A world of grotesque, reason's voice can't intercede
Heroes are gone, the jester now wears the crown
Now it's cool, loose, awesome, bomb, seriousness is drowned
Justice has eyes and a fiscal case
Basic values burned like paper's trace
I sat on this shore, water soothed my journey's pain
Listened to the gulls' cries, and saw humans within
Who's louder, who's better, a never-ending race
In these times, cunning and slyness are ethics' base
I searched for those like me, that's why it hurts so deep
To stay sane, one must escape into solitude's keep
So many like us believed in a perfect world's embrace
Today there's nothing, we're alone on this beach's space
We lost hope, going against the current, so strong
Hand in hand with audacity, you know, against all throng
This isn't a show, hope has died here, it's true
This world's a farce, I'd rather dream or burn like morning dew
To shine for a moment, to warm this night's cold embrace
Perhaps I'll give life, energy, to find meaning's trace
In the city where every corner civilization sticks
Someone forgot about this world, sent no light, no tricks
And despite knowing I stand on something firm and sound
I feel like sand on the beach, no one can keep me bound
To wander so long, till meaning and peace I find
With heroes of Olympus, to sit and drink grappa, unwind
To find that something, once branded as insanity's hold
To rediscover God, safety, and bring back what was bold
This technopolis wears me down
It sucks out reason with blood, the world's wealth is renowned
But humanity fades more and more each day
Only in dreams I'm not here, I say
And only in dreams I feel joy's sweet kiss
I open my eyes and instead of the beach, the city's abyss
I want you to hear these words, I ask one thing, please allow
Find the strength within for goodness, knowledge, and a vow
Let's stop in this rush, no one remembers why they run
Is it truly for happiness? Or is the run itself the fun?
Nothing is certain, I myself still keep asking why
I'm searching for a way, to one day fly like Icarus in the sky
On the wings of this freedom so bright
And if I'm to fall like him, then fall I might
But happy, because I truly lived, it's true
