Io lo faccio per mestiere
E mi piace molto come puoi vedere.

I take notes and thoughts,
More or less sorrowful,
Ideas of all kinds,
Depending on the moment.
Crumbs of life that I collect every day,
Things that happen to me by chance.
I set aside every shred of emotion,
That I end up throwing into a song.
Always this crowd of thoughts in my mind,
It rumbles like pouring rain.
Always this cycle of music and words,
That if it starts well, it goes straight to the heart.
I take notes and thoughts,
I do it for a living,
And I like it a lot, as you can see.
